Professional sports portraits for baseball and softball athletes of all ages and skill levels — from tee-ball players getting their first uniform photos to high school seniors needing quick, high-quality images on the field.

These limited-availability mini sessions are designed to be fast, professional, and impactful.

🧍 Who This Is For

✔ Baseball and softball players only
✔ Tee-ball through high school seniors
✔ Recreational or travel athletes
✔ Any skill level
✔ Individuals only (no team or family photos during these sessions)

Siblings may participate if each athlete books their own time slot. Back-to-back slots are recommended.

⏱ Session Format

Each athlete receives a 15-minute session with a hard stop so all scheduled athletes receive equal time and attention.

Athletes must:
• Arrive 15 minutes early
• Be ready to shoot at their scheduled time
• Late arrivals will not receive additional time and will forfeit remaining session time without refund

Action-style images take longer and will be attempted at the end of the session if time allows.

$100 per athlete

🌧 Weather Policy

In the event of rain or unsafe wind conditions, sessions will be rescheduled to the next available date.

If weather prevents shooting on both scheduled dates, an indoor location will be arranged and communicated to all booked clients.

No refunds. Weather-related sessions will be rescheduled.

👕 What to Wear & Bring

Athletes may wear and bring anything they’d like to personalize their session, including:

• Game uniform
• Alternate uniforms
• Bat
• Glove
• Helmet
• Cleats
• Personal props

Please arrive photo-ready.

🖼 Image Selection

Photographer will select the best 5 images from the session for final editing and delivery.

Additional images and professional print products will be available for purchase from the gallery.
